Have you an up to date drainage plan, we can prepare an up-to-date and accurate drainage plan. This will identify the locations of all drains and sewers in and around your site, and where they lead. Drainage information can be incorporated onto existing site digital data or alternatively onto Ordinance Survey digital data for the site area and can be provided in MapInfo tab, Cad Shape file and PDF format.

The main objectives of the Code are:

  • Maintain a consistent approach in the collection, processing and recording of inventory, condition for the purpose management and performance monitoring.
  • The adoption of regular review of a risk management regime in the determination of management operational standard, rectification of defects arising from safety and serviceability inspections and investment priorities.


The risk management criteria used are as follows:

  • Identify likelihood or risk
  • Identify control measures
  • Record defect details
  • Review on future inspection
  • We work for local authorities collecting defect information on their assets.  We use digital data capture devices, these incorporate CAD site drawings or OS site centred maps.
