- Through looking at the hotels drainage system, we found a 3rd problem, another blockage was discovered.
- The kitchen had to be closed to allow access to outpipes, due to no manholes or Site Drainage Drawings.
- The kitchen problem was cleared and cleaned, a sketch drawn of how the drainage runs.
- The gent’s sinks drainage was due to a collapsed pipe under the building. 21.00hrs
- Next morning, jet clear all external drainage and cctv.
- Prove all connections and draw up a final Site Drainage Plan.
A Site Drainage Drawing enables problems to be located and dealt with in a much quicker manner. This leads to less time on site and in return less cost.
